Join the beta

Woodshelf is shared with friends and family through Apple's TestFlight. It is not on the App Store and there is no public sign-up.

Getting in

• Email [email protected] with the email address attached to your Apple ID. You will get a TestFlight invitation to that address.
• You need an iPhone running iOS 17 or later, and access to an Audiobookshelf server.

Installing

1. Install TestFlight from the App Store.
2. Open the invitation email on the phone and tap View in TestFlight, or enter the code it contains.
3. Tap Install. Woodshelf appears on your home screen like any app.
4. Open it, enter your server address, username and password.
5. For CarPlay, open the app once on the phone before plugging into the car.

Things to know about beta builds

• Builds expire after 90 days. TestFlight prompts you to update before then.
• You may be asked to update often while things are being fixed. Updating keeps your downloads and settings.
